Summer Lunch Bunch’s coordinator and ERfC Manager of Community Engagement and Partnerships, Ryan Obedzinski said, “The carnival celebration is a way to get the community involved and aware that these services are available throughout the summer. The Summer Lunch Bunch not only engages children in enrichment activities, but also provides wrap- around services for parents.”
Amy Pelletier, Senior Manager of Community Investment from United Way of Central and Northeastern CT said United Way volunteers will facilitate fun, educational activities with the children including K-2 arts & craft literacy activities and STEAM building activities with carnival themed games for grades 4-8.
