Town Council

The Enfield Town Council will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 820 Enfield St. Among the agenda items is a resolution authorizing the town manager to sign a property transfer agreement with the Martha A. Parsons Memorial Trust. Prior to the regular meeting, a special meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m., where the council will finalize budget appropriations for the 2011-12 fiscal year.

Inland Wetlands

The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The panel will discuss an application by the Carriage House Condominium Association for a permit to construct drainage pipe.

Planning and Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The agenda includes an application for a rooming house at 68 Elm Street.
