Three Enfield Residents Arrested in Drug Bust
Police found the trio huddled in a parking lot Tuesday.

Three Enfield residents — including two teens — were arrested Tuesday evening after Enfield Police interrupted a suspected drug deal on Pearl Street.
An officer spotted the trio huddled together and passing items back and forth about 6:30 p.m. April 7 in the Thompsonville section of town, according to Police Chief Carl Sferrazza.
When the officer approached, the trio scattered. The officer caught one suspect and found a couple bags at the suspect’s feet. The bags were filled with smaller bags of marijuana that “were packaged in a way that’s consistent with the sale of marijuana, not for personal use,” Sferrazza said.
