Town of Enfield Releases Grand List Report

The most valued property in town is assessed at just under $49 million.

The Town of Enfield has completed work on its 2015 Grand List and filed it with the State of Connecticut.

A report from the town manager’s office shows an increase of 0.81 percent over the 2014 Grand List. The net Grand List for 2015 is $2,906,245,145, compared to $2,882,768,974 the previous year.
