Traffic Stop In Enfield Yields Large Amount Of Heroin, Fentanyl
A pair of Southington residents was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

ENFIELD, CT — A traffic stop on Route 5 near the Enfield Inn Monday resulted in discovery of about 300 bags of heroin/fentanyl and a substantial amount of other narcotics and paraphernalia, according to police.
Around 7:20 p.m., police seized multiple pill bottles containing crack cocaine and fentanyl, multiple crack pipes and syringes, in addition to the heroin, Chief Alaric Fox said.
Gabriel Rzadkiewicz, 24, and Kristina Patterson, 25, both of Southington, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. Rzadkiewicz was also charged with a pair of motor vehicle violations, according to arrest records.

Bond for each was set at $2,500.
