Wide Variety of Palate Pleasers to Be Featured at the Taste of Enfield
More than a dozen food and beverage vendors will take part in this weekend's festivities at the Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration.

If you're in the mood for a pierogi, a pulled pork sandwich or an ice cold tasty treat, the Enfield Town Green is the place to find a wide variety of culinary delights this weekend during the Taste of Enfield.
A longtime staple of the Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration, the Taste of Enfield will feature more than a dozen vendors, offering everything from fried dough to steamed dumplings to Italian ice.
"This goes back to our roots - the Fourth has always been home for the Taste of Enfield," Celebration chairman Scott Kaupin said. "We will have a lot of the same offerings that have been popular in the past, plus some new additions."

Among the first-time participants this year are Li Brothers, which will offer General Tang's chicken and steamed dumplings, and Hacienda del Sol, which will be selling ropa vieja salad, taco salad with beef and a flan dessert.
Among the returning favorites is the Old Country Deli, formerly known as the Polish Deli, which will provide pierogis, kielbasa and kraut, and golabki. "The Old Country Deli always has long lines for their Polish food," Kaupin said.
