MONROE, CT-- Monroe police have arrested two men for allegedly stealing a laptop and personal items from the Fairfield University Library.

The arrests are in connection to an incident that occurred on Captains Hill Road in Monroe on August 4, 2015, according to a police report.

Monroe Police said the victim reported that a work laptop and work-related items in a bag totaling over $1,400 was stolen from his vehicle shortly after midnight.
