2014 Spring Snapshot: Update on Our Neighborhood Housing Markets

Spring finally came and went, though I think many of us were wondering if it would ever happen this year after the endless winter we endured!   So let's take a look at our local Fairfield, Westport and Weston markets this year compared to last year, January through May.  If we compare the inventory, number of sales, prices and the ratio of selling to asking price for single family homes, we can see some consistency across the three towns.
