$50,000 Winning Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Sold In Fairfield
A Fairfield resident is also the lucky winner, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
FAIRFIELD, CT — An unnamed Fairfield resident is $50,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket purchased locally, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Thursday, the person claimed a winning $4,000,000 Fortune ticket that was bought at Stratfield Wine & Liquor on Stratfield Road.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

The game, which costs $50 per ticket, began in December 2023, and as of Friday, three grand prizes of $4 million remained unclaimed.
Nearly 4.1 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.38.
