“A vet visit revealed a slight ear infection, fleas and an age estimated at about 10 years old,” the animal control said in a post on Facebook. “The area and day of the week of pick up, the recent grooming, the fleas and the ear infection are all similar to the Golden Retriever that was picked up two weeks earlier. This dog can be claimed by an owner or adopted as a pet after 11/17. This is a very friendly affectionate dog that deserves better.”
