Our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. Coaches Mike and Shane provide proven strategies and techniques that will help swimmers develop greater strength and stamina in a supportive and competitive team environment. We are looking forward to growing and training our swimmers to maintain a well rounded regional swim team, and invite all swimmers in the area to meet our coaches, our swimmers and give our team a try!
Coach Mike, himself a four time All-American swimmer at Southern Connecticut State University, has twice been voted Coach of the Year for his success leading the Trumbull High School Girls Swim Team to record breaking heights. Mike was honored to coach the USA Select Zone team for two years while serving on the Board of Directors of Connecticut Swimming.
