Annual Fairfield Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair Set For Mid-July

FAIRFIELD, CT — First Selectwoman Brenda L. Kupchick announced today that the Town of Fairfield and Fairfield Chamber of Commerce are pleased to once again co-sponsor the Fairfield Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair event which will be held, rain or shine, in Fairfield Center on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Select merchants will offer a preview of sale merchandise beginning Thursday, July 13th.

More than 50 Fairfield businesses are expected to participate in this year’s event, setting up
stands and offering a variety of merchandise for sale along the Post Road from the Heritage
Square Shopping Center to the Promenade at the Brick Walk. Admission is free.
Sherman Green will feature activities for children and families, including an inflatable
bounce house. This year’s event will again feature live musical entertainment at multiple
venues scattered throughout the downtown. A full event line-up will be unveiled in the next
several weeks.
