A man tried to steal 10 bags of shrimp from a store and two vehicles were stolen in recent days, according to Fairfield police.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for Aug. 2 to Aug. 5, 2021, as provided by the Fairfield Police Department. Items reflect charges filed, not convictions.
Monday, Aug. 2
7:46 a.m., 700 block of Villa Avenue: 43-year-old man charged with sixth-degree larceny after trying to leave store with 10 bags of shrimp, released on $2,000 bond, police said.
6:20 p.m., Campfield Drive: 56-year-old Fairfield man arrested on warrant for selling drugs, additionally charged with drug possession with intent to sell and drug possession, released on $15,000 bond, police said.

Thursday, Aug. 5
8:43 a.m., Euclid Avenue: Car stolen overnight from driveway, tracked to Yale University campus, recovered in New Haven and returned to owner.
