FAIRFIELD, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for Aug. 30 to Sept. 1, 2021, as provided by the Fairfield Police Department.

Monday, Aug. 30

9: 42 a.m., 800 block of Sasco Hill Road: Overnight residential burglary; wallet and keys stolen.

12:19 p.m., 1100 block of Congress Street: A 66-year-old Stamford man was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace after engaging in a sexual act at Grace Richardson Open Space, according to police, who said an arrest warrant application would be completed for a second suspect.

4:31 p.m., 300 block of Ash Creek Boulevard: Mountain bike stolen from rack.

5:10 p.m., 500 block of Kings Highway Cutoff: A 32-year-old Bridgeport man was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny after trying to steal a generator and other tools from Home Depot, police said, adding an arrest warrant would be completed for a second suspect.

Tuesday, Aug. 31

10:40 a.m., 500 block of Algonquin Road: Contents of wallet — including credit cards, gift cards and driver's license — stolen from unlocked vehicle over the weekend at Brooklawn Country Club.

5:03 p.m., 1400 block of Congress Street: Weed wacker stolen from workbench outside garage.

11:13 p.m., 700 block of Villa Avenue: Man and woman attempted to steal diapers at Stop & Shop.

11:50 p.m., Philemon Street: Toyota Prius reported circling the neighborhood and trying to enter cars.

Wednesday, Sept. 1

7:08 a.m., 100 block of Northwood Road: Vehicle stolen, recovered in Bridgeport.

8:36 a.m., Northwood Road: Car ransacked, nothing stolen.

9:40 a.m., 1000 block of the Post Road: Catalytic converter stolen from van at Hansen's Flower Shop.

12:12 p.m., 100 block of Reef Road: 31-year-old arrested on Bridgeport warrant, held on $10,000 bond, police said.

1:49 p.m., 1200 block of the Post Road: Catalytic converter stolen.

2 p.m., 100 block of Reef Road: 21-year-old arrested on warrant, released on promise to appear in court, police said.

100 block of Franklin Street in Stamford: 26-year-old man arrested on numerous charges in connection with an 18-month investigation of prescription fraud, police said.
