Back To School: Fairfield 2021-22 School Calendar

FAIRFIELD, CT — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Fairfield, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day.

The first day of school for most students in Fairfield is Aug. 30.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point.

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Fairfield Public Schools

First Day: Aug. 30

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 25-26 (early dismissal Nov. 24)

Holiday Break: Dec. 24-Jan. 3 (early dismissal Dec. 23)

Winter Break: Feb. 18-21 (early dismissal Feb. 17)

Spring Break: April 15-22

Last Day: June 14, early dismissal (early dismissal also June 13)
