Alongside Suzanne will be James Calcagnini from Mushroom Microfarm to share with us the magic of foraging and Daniel and Brittany Moreno of Kneads Bakery, Cafe and Mill in Westport to demo their heirloom grain milling onsite. Sara Smith, Dan Masiello and Lezli Albelo from nOURish Bridgeport will be adding to the conversation with information about their efforts to bring fresh, local produce to the food deserts of Bridgeport at their Hydroponic facility.
