Fraver by Design: Five Decades of Theatre Poster Art from Broadway, Off-Broadway & Beyond

Come enjoy an evening of reminiscences and gossip at Fairfield Public Library as Broadway insiders Richard Ridge (BroadwayWorld) and Frank “Fraver” Verlizzo, poster designer, share their experiences of Broadway from Fraver's book, Fraver By Design. 

Fraver is the designer of iconic posters from shows such as The Lion King, Sweeney Todd, Sunday in the Park with George and Deathtrap. Behind each poster in the book is a backstage story of a play or musical, but also of the behind-the-scenes personalities that have populated the Broadway stage since the 1970s, such as Stephen Sondheim, Bernadette Peters and Mia Farrow.
