Pequot Library is designing a new website and we want to hire a Fairfield or New Haven County, CT web designer. Hire local, send us your proposal.

RFQ New Pequot Library Website:

Create a website that provides a clean, updated, modern, professional and engaging visual experience that is mobile responsive and effectively promotes services, events, registration, donations.
• New design entire site
• Robust Calendar (no private calendar needed) only public calendar
--One input goes to multiple pages
• Highlight new library books
• Events and programs
• Special Collections, robust portfolio (ArchivesSpace) or photo gallery in content pages
• Exhibitions with multiple events, migration to different web pages plus past exhibition pages
• Showcase unique aspects of Pequot Library
• New, more streamlined page content
• Imagery and content instantly connects visitors and converts them into patrons
• Clear navigation
• Integrate if needed Razor’s Edge (i.e. Charity Web, iContact) or keep separate
• Library Services, some forms, ILL etc.
• Ease of donation
• Homepage alert, weather alert
• Web hosting and maintenance
• Embedded meta data tagging
