Car Burglars Caught With Assistance From Alert Motorist: Fairfield Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — An alert motorist helped lead to the arrest of three Bridgeport teens in connection to a string of overnight car burglaries in Fairfield, according to the Fairfield Daily Voice.

The Daily Voice reports a motorist alerted police to three suspicious teens who were in the area of Buena Vista Road and Wilson Street at about 2:45 a.m. on July 6. The three teens were apprehended after a brief chase and were found to be in the possession of items that were stolen from five cars, according to the Daily Voice.
