Numerous school delays, and one school system closing, have been reported for Wednesday, Dec. 18.
CONNECTICUT — With cleanup continuing from Tuesday morning's messy ice situation, which resulted in numerous motor vehicle accidents, many school systems in Connecticut are opening Wednesday on a delayed basis, with Waterbury schools closing for the day.
