Downtown Fairfield Office Building Burglarized: Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield office building was burglarized over the weekend, according to police.

Law enforcement received a report just before 8 a.m. Monday of a burglary at the Brick Walk Professional Building, 1305 Post Road, police said. A door was forced open at the building and items were stolen, according to police, who said there were pry marks on the doors of three additional offices.

Just minutes later, another burglary was reported at neighboring 1275 Post Road, although there was no sign of forced entry at the scene, police said. Both buildings are part of the Brick Walk complex. The incidents are under investigation, according to police.
