DUI Driver Had 6-Year-Old Child in Car: Fairfield Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man faces charges after police say he was driving under the influence with his 6-year-old son in the car at more than three times the legal limit, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

The Citizen reports Matthew Ogorman, 47, of Katona Drive, was arrested after he arrived at the child’s mother’s home and failed a field sobriety test on the morning of Nov. 19.

Ogorman was later found to have a blood alcohol content level of 0.27, according to the Citizen.
