Pequot Library presents Julie Salamon, author of Wendy and the Lost Boys: the Uncommon Life of Wendy Wasserstein on Sunday, October 28 at 4 pm in Pequot Library's Auditorium.
Wendy and the Lost Boys: The Uncommon Life of Wendy Wasserstein by bestselling author Julie Salamon, is the only biography of Wendy Wasserstein written with the full cooperation of the Wasserstein family and literary executors. The life revealed is of a brilliant but complicated American artist, one who struggled both creatively and personally, and who fiercely held private a life she seemed so willing to explore in her plays.
Salamon is a graduate of Tufts University and New York University School of Law. She was born in Cincinnati and raised in Seaman, Ohio but New York City has long been home. She lives in downtown Manhattan with her husband, their two children, a cat and a dog.
Book signing and refreshments following the lecture.
