Test your knowledge of the Olympics at a Trivia Tournament at the Library on Tuesday, July 31 at 3:30 pm. For children in grades 3-5, this Jeopardy -like game has five categories including symbols, history, events, fun facts and Summer 2012 Olympics. Unlike Jeopardy, the questions are multiple choice. Prizes will be awarded. Register as a team or register as an individual and join a team. Registration is only available in-person or by calling Children’s Services at 203-256-3161.
The flame of the Olympic torch at the Main Library continues to grow, with each flame representing the favorite book of a child who has just finished reading ten books. Keep reading this summer and keep the flame bright.
