In order to celebrate an end to a great summer Captain’s Cove Seaport has teamed up with Q’KA Productions Saturday September 29th to host its year end “ROCK the DOCK!” party. Captain’s Cove Seaport, located in Black Rock Harbor, will be closing for the season the following day.
The night’s entertainment will feature The One Night Stands, Connecticut’s premier party rock band, and DJ Chueka. In 2010 The One Night Stands were voted as the “Best Cover Band” in the annual New Haven Advocate “Best of New Haven” reader poll. The One Night Stands have been bringing high-energy performances to audiences across Connecticut and New England since 2008. With an extensive song catalog of over 80 hits spanning genres of rock, pop, blues, country, r&b, and punk from the 1950’s to present day, The One Night Stands provide and maintain an exciting, entertaining atmosphere that appeals to a wide audience for hours on end.
