Having fallen in love with the StageOne lights after
playing thirteen shows over the last three years -- and one at the Klein -- the
2 tone ska/punk rockers from across the pond are back for more. The Beat (as
their known in England) fuses their rhythmic roots reggae/ska core with soul,
pop and some ripe old punk rock. Watching their tight, fiery live show from the
dancing room in front of your seats, you’re almost in the band! It is an amazing
opportunity to see the classic band perform in your FTC living room, and learn
the ins and outs of the music from 10 feet away.
