Fairfield Blight Board To Review Ongoing Property Cases, Complaints
Fairfield's blight board will review ongoing property cases and complaints during a meeting next week.
FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Board of Condemnation/Blight is scheduled to review several ongoing blight and property maintenance cases during its next meeting on Monday, June 15.
The meeting is set for 2 p.m. in the second-floor conference room at 725 Old Post Road. A conference call option also will be available by phone at 518-418-1465, making the meeting a hybrid format.
Among the items on the agenda, board members are expected to continue reviewing eight properties listed under old business for the town's blight ordinance. The properties are located at 91 Bond St., 414 Buena Vista Road, 645 Kings Highway East, 1310 Melville Ave., 20 Morehouse Highway, 2119 Post Road, 917 Reef Road and 222 Stillson Road.

The board also is scheduled to consider an ongoing condemnation matter involving 218 Rowland Road under old business. No new condemnation cases or new blight ordinance matters are listed on the agenda.
In addition, the board may review complaints involving properties at 342 Fairfield Woods Road, 214 Partridge Lane, 545 Pemburn Drive, 11 Ronald Drive and 270 Roselle St.
