Fairfield Man Blocks School Bus, Intimidates Driver: PD

He claimed to be the "district attorney" from Fairfield, police said.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Officers arrested a local man after he blocked a school bus with his Range Rover and attempted to intimidate the driver, according to police.

The bus driver called police March 13 and said he passed Jeffrey Haley, 55, in his Range Rover which was parked on the street, according to the Fairfield Citizen. To sign up for Fairfield breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Haley then drove around the bus, used his vehicle to block the road and said he was the "district attorney" for Fairfield, police said. The bus driver's statement was corroborated by video cameras at Roger Ludlowe Middle School.
