Duran, 25, was described by police as a Mexican National, about 5-feet, 2-inches, approximately 150-160 pounds, with dark hair, possibly spiky, facial acne, and what the victim described as “grayish eyes.” He also spoke with a slight Spanish accent.

Fairfield Deputy Police Chief Chris Lyddy told the Fairfield Citizen on Thursday that police have an active arrest warrant for Duran and are working on locating him. He again asked for the public’s help for information on Duran’s whereabouts.
Police provided a picture of Duran that was taken in August 2014 (on the left), however, on the evening before the attack he shaved his goatee closely and MAY resemble the altered picture on the right.
