Thomas J. O’Neill of Fairfield has been named a partner at Day Pitney.
He is a trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in tort litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and collection matters, including foreclosure actions and prejudgment remedy proceedings. He also represents clients in complex litigation ranging from claims for breach of commercial leases to violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act.Thomas J.
