Fairfield Restaurant Manager Beaten By Drunk Customer: Police
After the beating, several restaurant workers removed a drunk and disruptive family from the business.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield restaurant manager was beaten while attempting to speak with a family of drunk customers, according to police. Officers were called about midnight Sunday to Geronimo Tequila Bar & Southwest Grill at 2070 Post Road, a department news release stated.
Staff cut off the family because they were intoxicated, and when the manager tried to speak with the disruptive group, he was knocked to the floor and punched repeatedly by one of the customers, the news release stated. The manager suffered a cut, swelling and bruising, and broke his glasses, according to police. Several restaurant workers removed the family from the business.

Kathleen Allen, 53; Clifford Richard Allen, 59; Catherine Mary Allen, 23; Hannah Allen, 21; and [Name Removed]; 25, were all charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court, the news release stated. The Allens all live in the 700 block of South Pine Creek Road and [Name Removed] lives in the 100 block of Fairmount Terrace.
