Fairfield Street Fair, Side Walk Sales July 23

Fairfield, CT - The annual Fairfield Side Walk Sales and Street Fair is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.

"Over 75 vendors are expected to participate in Fairfield Center, setting up stands and offering a variety of merchandise for sales along the Post Road from the Heritage Square Shopping Center to the Promenade at the Brick Walk," town officials wrote in a statement. "Admission to the event, which is being co-sponsored by the Town of Fairfield and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, is free."

The event includes live music, children's activities and a raffle, in addition to other festivities.

"I encourage everyone to come and be a part of this fun-filled event, which includes live musical entertainment at various venues within the downtown, special menu offerings at our many fine participating restaurants, and activities for children and families," said First Selectman Mike Tetreau.
