Fairfield Teenager Charged with Sexually Assaulting Underage Student
The incident occurred last summer.
A Fairfield Ludlowe High School student was charged Tuesday for allegedly having unwanted sexual contact with an underage student at the school, the Fairfield Citizen reports.
According to the paper, Joseph Thomas, who was 18 at the time, had sexual contact with the 14-year-old girl last summer.
Thomas, 19, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree sexual assault, the paper reports. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
