Fairfield University Student Allegedly Drugged at Party, Sexually Assaulted on Campus
Fairfield police investigating incident that happened early Friday morning.

Fairfield police are investigating allegations that an 18-year-old Fairfield University student was sexually assaulted after a campus party early Friday morning, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports that the student believes she was drugged at the party and forced to perform a sex act on a male student.
The female student reported the alleged assault to campus security around 2 a.m. Friday, according to the Post, and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The male student was identified and interviewed by police but no arrests were made as of Friday afternoon and the incident remains under investigation, according to the Post.

The allegation comes on the heels of Fairfield police closing in on a suspect that allegedly broke into a Berkeley Road home at 3 a.m. Monday morning and sexually assaulted a Sacred Heart University student.
