Fairfield University student named winner in FALL AL FRESCO National Sweepstakes

Emma Waters, a student at Fairfield University, was recently selected as one of 24 lucky winners in Sodexo’s FALL AL FRESCO National Prize Sweepstakes.

Emma will be receiving a $250 Apple® gift card as the FALL AL FRESCO Second Place prize. FALL AL FRESCO is part of an ongoing resident dining promotion series sponsored by Sodexo, dining services partner at Fairfield University.

“The Bobbing For Apples Sweepstakes presented a great opportunity for the Fairfield University Campus Intern team to introduce one of the many fun aspects of Sodexo’s Fall al Fresco promotion,” said Matthew Olschan, retail marketing manager for Fairfield University Dining.

“Throughout the majority of September, our Campus Interns hosted multiple events, encouraging Fairfield University students to sign up to win one of the many great prizes being offered. We could not be more excited with the news and would like to congratulate Emma Waters on her fortune,” said Olschan.

Featured at more than 600 college and university campuses managed by Sodexo nationwide, FALL AL FRESCO was a celebration of seasonal selections with an emphasis on fresh, locally grown ingredients which included a bounty of fun activities and special seasonal selections to celebrate the best of nature’s harvest.

In addition to a variety of on-site activities, the FALL AL FRESCO National Sweepstakes gave prizes to 24 randomly-selected winners. The prizes included one Grand Prize of an Apple® MacBook Pro®; eight first place prizes of $500 Apple Gift Cards and 15 second place prizes of $250 Apple Gift Cards.
