Fairfield's 55 Wine Bar and Restaurant Submits Plan to Expand

A public hearing will be held on a special permit application by the owners of 55 Wine Bar & Restaurant, who want to reconfigure the restaurant’s layout, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

The Citizen reports that the owners intend to move the bar from one side of the building to the other, and to change the entrance to the front of the building.

As a result of the reconfiguration, the Miller St. restaurant would be expanded by about 6 ½ feet into a current patio area, according to the Citizen.
