Fairfield's Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Plenty of Sun

It’s not perfect, but we’re looking at a pretty nice weather weekend.

We’ll deal with some gray skies on Friday and a slight chance of showers during the day. The high temperature will be around 60 degrees.

Saturday is the best day of the weekend. The forecast calls for mostly sunny skies, temps in the mid-60s with a light wind. It will be a bit chilly Saturday night with temps back into the mid-40s.

On Sunday, there is a very slight rain chance after 12 p.m. but also plenty of sunshine is also predicted. The good news is the temps will be near 70 degrees.

Ironically, the best day of the year weather wise, may be on Monday when it’s forecast to be sunny and temperatures might hit the mid-70s.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 43. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Saturday: A slight chance of showers after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 65. Light and variable wind becoming south 5 to 7 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47. South wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm after midnight.

Sunday: A slight chance of showers after noon. Sunny, with a high near 69. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 51.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 74.
