Musician Darrell Courtley will perform at the library on April 19.

Enjoy a Sunday afternoon concert of Gentle Jazz, the creation of musician Darrell Courtley, at the Fairfield Public Library on April 19.

This musical presentation, which will take place at 3 p.m. in the Memorial Room, includes selections from “The Great American Songbook” including “Sentimental Journey,” “All of Me,” “Honeysuckle Rose,” “Sunny Side of the Street,” and many more.

Courtley uses a special app on his iPad as his ‘back-up band’ and usually plays clarinet, but expect some musical surprises.
