Gibson Brothers at StageOne!

Award winning bluegrass troupe The Gibson Brothers will be playing at FTC's Stage One on Sept. 13th.

Award winning bluegrass troupe, The Gibson Brothers, are making their mark in American traditional music. Hailing from Ellenburg Depot, NY this quintet may not all be brothers by blood; but their chemistry is undeniable. Reigning IBMA Entertainers of The Year (as well as IBMA’s Best Vocal Group for the second year in a row), The Gibson Brothers are at the top of the trad folk ladder.

Formed around the core of Eric and Leigh Gibson, The Gibson brothers are a five piece string band with guitar, bass, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and some of the tightest harmonies you’ll ever hear. Together they make up what PopMatters called “pound for pound, the most impeccably fine-sounding traditional bluegrass band on the contemporary scene.”

The Gibson Brothers will be playing at Fairfield Theatre Company’s StageOne on September 13th at 7:45 (doors at 7:00). Ticket price for non-members is $35 with a $3 discount for FTC members. For more information and to purchase tickets, please go to the Fairfield Theatre Company’s website.
