This was a bittersweet week for me as my two “youngest” children celebrated their birthdays, and for some reason I felt so sad about how old they both are and how my role in their lives is ever changing. I guess all moms go through it, but it’s hard none the less.
What a week for new inventory in Fairfield! We had 56 new listings this past week come onto the market. 12 homes took binders and 11 homes closed.
