With High Temps Predicted, Fairfield Offers Ways To Beat The Heat
If you don't have air conditioning, there are several places in town to cool down.
Via the Town of Fairfield: FAIRFIELD, CT — The National Weather Service is predicting temperatures to reach into the 90s and beyond for the foreseeable future. Take precautions against the extreme heat. If you don't have air conditioning, you can cool down by spending some time at the Bigelow Center between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday or the Fairfield public libraries. Library hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday at the main library and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday at the branch library. Local malls and movie theaters are also great options to beat the heat.
