Julian Given Time To Come Up With $1.5M In Fairfield Fill Pile Case
The sentencing for Jason Julian, one of the defendants in the illegal dumping case, has been temporarily delayed.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Contractor and developer Jason Julian, who pleaded guilty last month in the Fairfield fill pile illegal dumping and corruption case, had his sentencing delayed on Monday, after he could not make a $1.5 million restitution payment to the town, reported the Connecticut Post.
Julian's sentencing was delayed by Superior Court Judge Tracy Lee Dayton to give him more time to make the payment. His attorney, Robert Frost, reportedly told the judge that the funds could not yet be accessed from a certain account.
The sentencing was delayed to Feb. 9.
