Jury Finds Fairfield Man Not Guilty Of Accused Home Invasion: Report
A separate suspect in connection with the 2019 incident is awaiting trial in the case.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Rashaun Richards, 25-year-old Fairfield man, was found not guilty by a jury last week in connection with a 2019 home invasion case from Stratford, the Connecticut Post reported.
For four years, Richards has claimed he was not one of the three masked men who participated in the incident. He was found not guilty of first-degree assault, first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit home invasion.
A victim in the incident was stabbed in the hand. Bridgeport resident Jaquan Wade, 30, is awaiting trial in the case.
