Kiwanis Club of Fairfield creates second annual FIELD OF VALOR

Flags can be dedicated to any veteran or those currently serving.

To honor our Military Veterans and those actively serving our country, the Kiwanis Club of Fairfield will create their second annual Field of Valor. American flags can be purchased and will be displayed at Jennings Park in Fairfield for the two weeks surrounding Veterans Day- November 11, 2018.

All are invited to purchase flags for $25.00 for each. Your honoree and sponsor name will be proudly displayed on a card attached to each flag. Those feeling patriotic without a direct connection to a veteran can purchase flags to honor all veterans.

Proceeds will support Homes for the Brave in Bridgeport, Ct. They provide housing and vocational training to help their clients leave homelessness behind. Homes for the Brave has assisted nearly 1200 men and women most of whom are Veterans.
