Learn to take great photos, no matter what your skill level, with professional photographer Kristin Burke Hynes at the Fairfield Public Library on Thursday.

Hynes will present a two-hour (one hour of instruction, one hour of questions and discussion) workshop geared toward anyone who wants to take better photos.

The beginner will get some tips to get started, whether it is with an iPhone or DSLR. The intermediate will gain some new insight into the craft and the advanced photographer will have the opportunity to discuss concepts and questions with a professional photographer.

Please bring your camera of choice with you. Join us on Thursday, December 10 at 7 p.m. in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. Registration is requested.

Kristin Burke Hynes began her career as the staff photographer for Bridgeport Hospital, where her honest photojournalistic approach grew out of the need to capture the fluid, demanding, and often emotional hospital environment. Her work has appeared in Fairfield Magazine, Greenwich Magazine, Running Times and Men’s Health. Corporate clients include Yale Cancer Center, Bridgeport SoundTigers, the CT Challenge, and InvestMark Financial Group.
