Lease Signed For Haven Hot Chicken To Open New Location In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — Haven Hot Chicken, the Connecticut-based chain of Nashville-style hot chicken restaurants, recently signed a long-term lease for 1,500 square feet of space in the Fairfield Shopping Center at 837-923 Post Road in Fairfield, announced commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial, LLC.

The fast-casual restaurant chain announced plans to open a Fairfield location earlier this year.

Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial, LLC, facilitated the lease, representing the landlord, Post Benson Corporation; Alliance Properties represented the tenant.
