Russo told the Citizen they held a private party last Friday night to mark the restaurant’s opening before officially opening its doors on Monday.
According to its website, Plan B burgers are made with “100% verified humane” beef with “no hormones, no chemicals, from farms that have undergone the strictest natural food certification in existence today.”
The Fairfield location will be the sixth Plan B Burger Bar restaurant in the state, joining Stamford, Milford, Glastonbury, Simsbury, and West Hartford.
