Man Claims ‘Injury’ Led to Indecent Exposure at Fairfield Movie Theater: Report

The truck driver accused of exposing himself to the manager while making a delivery claims medication he took led to a painful situation.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A New Jersey truck driver accused of exposing himself to the manager of the Fairfield Cinemas on Black Rock Turnpike was unable to make his court appearance on Thursday because he said an “injury” to his penis prevents him from driving, according to the Connecticut Post.

Daniel Tepfer of the Post reports Frank Ippolito, 52, has filed a request for accelerated rehabilitation and claims he intended the theater manager no malice but medication he took caused his penis to be erect for 16 hours and he needed to free himself.

At the time of the incident in June, Ippolito had told police that he was just showing the manager an injury that resulted from the 16-hour erection, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
