Man Goes To Bail Out Friend, Gets Arrested For 2012 DUI Incident In Fairfield: Report
The man was recently arrested on a warrant for the 2012 incident.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man who went to bail out a friend ended up getting arrested himself when state police discovered an active warrant for his arrest for a 2012 DUI incident, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
The Citizen reports Cristian Garcia-Flores, 27, was recently arrested for the Dec. 21, 2012 incident in which police say he crashed into two parked cars on Sunset Avenue. (To sign up for Fairfield breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Garcia-Flores was found to have a blood-alcohol content level of .184, more than twice the legal limit, according to the Citizen.
