Man Posted Video Of 13-Year-Old On Pornhub; Given Suspended Sentence
The judge cited concern about the victim testifying when handing down the sentence, according to the Connecticut Post.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A former Fairfield resident who coerced a 13-year-old into sending him a naked video, which he then posted on the website Pornhub, received a suspended sentence, according to the Connecticut Post.
The judge cited concern about the victim testifying and gave 26-year-old Joseph Pisano seven years suspended and five years probation, plus no contact with the victim and a fine of $151, the Post reported. Pisano pleaded guilty to risk of injury to a child and voyeurism with malice, both felonies, as well as illegal dissemination of an intimate image, a misdemeanor, according to court records.
Pisano, now a Massachusetts resident, was chatting with the girl on a website when he demanded she send him a naked video, according to the Post, which added Pisano claimed not to know the young teen’s age. In 2019, the girl’s parents were made aware of the video and police got involved, the Post reported.
